 Kimberly J. Brumbaugh is the founder of Brumbaugh Wealth Management Group, An office of MetLife located in Exton, PA.

 
Her firm is dedicated to assisting high net worth individuals in offering sophisticated wealth management solutions by providing access to best-in-class products and innovative investment strategies, including alternative investments.
 
BWMG offers wealth transfer services to preserve assets and plan for the next generation through estate, business succession and charitable giving plans. BWMG serves closely-held, small and mid-sized businesses in designing and implementing executive compensation plans and employee benefits.
 
In practice for eleven years, Kim has been recognized as an industry leader and has received the 2009 Philadelphia Business Journal Women of Distinction Award,  2009 March of Dimes Chester County Women of Achievement Award in the field of business, 2008 PA Governor’s Best 50 Women in Business Award and the Chester County 2007 Female Business Leader of the Year. She has attained MetLife President’s Conference 2007-2008, MetLife Leader’s Conference 2003-2006, MetLife’s Securities’ Inner Circle and is a Court of the Table member of  Million Dollar Round Table. She is a member of NAIFA, the Chester County Economic Development Council and the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry.
 
In addition to her outstanding achievements in financial services, Kim supports local community outreach programs through service on several boards and has long demonstrated a commitment to area business and philanthropy including West Chester University’s Leading Up Program (a mentoring program for women), and Junior League of Philadelphia.   Kim is a Board Member of S.P.A.R.C., the Southeastern Pennsylvania Autism Resource Center, and is the President of Trustees of Fairview Presbyterian Church, Glenmoore, PA. She and her husband reside with their two sons in Chester County.
